International Meeting of the HELCI Project at Mykolas Romeris University

On Tuesday 27 June 2023, between 9:00 and 17:30, the hybrid meeting of the HELCI project took place between representatives of the Mykolas Romerys University, the University of Vienna, the University of Salamanca, the Spanish Observatory on Racism and Xenophobia and the diversity consultancy CIDALIA.

The meeting started with the agreement of the roadmap for the implementation of MOOCs:

    1. 23 September 2023: presentation of the progress and improvements in the structure and content of the MOOCs, reformulating the results from the learners’ perspective and introducing the concepts of equal opportunities, diversity and discrimination.
    2. 20 October 2023: review of the structure and content of each of the MOOCs.
    3. 24 October 2023: online organisational meeting of the Transnational Learning Community.
    4. 31 January 2024: recording of the videos that structure the essential content of the MOOCs developed.
    5. 31 March 2024: after the editing and review process of the videos, the didactic content will be published through the various individual platforms of the University of Salamanca, the University of Vienna and the Mykolas Romeris University.
    6. 30 June 2024: validation of the MOOCs.
    7. January 2025: after the launch of the MOOCs and the structuring of the final roadmap of the Transnational Learning Community, January 2025 will finally see the launch of the HELCI Project’s diversity multiplier events.

Following these essential agreements, the many advances made in the development of the MOOCs by the actors involved in the project were presented and established. Through an open space for dialogue, key synergies between the MOOCs were identified, pointing out the essential needs and actors for their development, and underpinning the future of the Transnational Learning Community that forms the core of this project.
